Parma

Parma is a lovely, quaint little city.  While I don’t have many photos, since we quickly passed through, the FOOD is worth a mention!

Getting there:  Flight to Milan the rented a car and drove to Parma

Accommodations:  Hotel Mercure Stendhal was a bit out of the way also a bit quirky as far as room decor but the breakfast that came with the hotel was delicious and generous!

Favorite Restaurants: Ristorante La Forchetta may be one of the best Italian meals I have ever had.  As this was my family’s first meal in Italy my fingers were crossed that they liked it…it exceeded all expectations!
